This website is operated by Brian Pierce Art. By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
We sell original artwork and prints in limited quantities and occasional scheduled releases (“drops”).
Artwork availability (important for drops)
All original artworks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Because artworks are often one-of-a-kind or limited edition:
- An item is not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed
- Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee purchase
- Items may sell out quickly during releases or drops
We are not responsible for items purchased by multiple users attempting to buy at the same time.
Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment details on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
Order confirmation
An order is only confirmed once:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- You receive an order confirmation email
If payment is not completed, the item remains available for other buyers.
No cancellations for limited artwork
Because many pieces are original or limited edition:
- All sales are final on original artworks and drop releases
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed
- Please review your order carefully before purchasing
This policy helps protect fairness during high-demand drops.
Shipping
We will ship orders to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
Refunds and chargebacks
All refund requests must be submitted directly to us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Suspension of future purchasing access
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
Digital fraud and disputes
We use fraud prevention tools provided by Stripe and WooCommerce to protect both the customer and the seller.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback:
- Proof of purchase
- Order confirmation
- Payment records
will be provided to the payment processor.
Product representation
We make every effort to accurately represent artwork through photos and descriptions. However:
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Each piece is handmade or individually produced and may contain natural variation
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Brian Pierce Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses caused by payment errors
- Shipping carrier delays or damage
- Misuse of products after delivery
