Overview
Because we sell original artwork and limited edition pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and signature confirmation where applicable.
Delivery and inspection
All orders are delivered with tracking, and high-value or original artworks may require signature upon delivery.
Once your order is delivered, you must inspect the item within 72 hours of delivery.
If there is an issue, you must contact us within this time frame.
Returns eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
- The artwork arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for original or limited edition artwork.
Condition for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- The item must be in original condition (if applicable)
- Clear photo evidence of the issue must be provided
- Original packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved
Shipping damage and insurance
All artworks are packaged with care and shipped with tracking. Where available, shipments are insured.
If your item arrives damaged:
- We will work with you to resolve the issue
- We may file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Additional photos or documentation may be required
We handle carrier communication directly when insurance claims are involved.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are only issued once the issue is verified.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Original artworks (unless damaged or defective)
- Limited edition or drop-release items
- Sale or discounted items
Shipping returns
If a return is approved:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If an exact replacement is not available, a refund or alternative resolution may be offered.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund:

- Contact your card provider
- Contact us if the issue remains unresolved
